Order Processing and Shipping

      • The handling time for orders is within 2-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
      • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
      • Our orders are shipped with a tracking number. If an error may occur and you don't receive a tracking number after the order is shipped we suggest to wait until the stated delivery time-frame of your country.
      • In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery time-frame, please contact your local post office. Parcels that fail to be delivered mostly return to your nearest postal collection point. In the event that you still haven't picked up your parcel from your local post office, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
      • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@aiselo.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
      • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee if applicable) and ask that you re-submit your order.
      • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
      • Handling time is estimated and commences from the order place date until date of shipping.
      • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
      • The estimated shipping time for our deliveries is 2-6 days for USA, 10-30 days for Europe, 10-30 days for the rest of the world. If the order isn't delivered in more than 30 days please contact our support at support@aiselo.com.
      • In the unlikely event that packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges 

 

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, link to track your parcel. Please note that, you do not have to worry if no information is showing the first days after your order has been sent because it might take from 1 to 5 business days for tracking to start showing information.
